Brandon Walker is an attorney specializing in whistleblower representation. For more than three years now, Brandon has represented clients through all stages of the IRS whistleblower process, including initial consultations and drafting Form 211 applications. Brandon also represents clients who have had their award applications denied in appeals before the United States Tax Court. Brandon also represents whistleblowers before the Securities & Exchange Commission and other federal agencies.
A 2014 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Brandon has over 5 years of experience representing whistleblowers. Prior to his time at ZMF, Brandon spent two years as a Public Interest Law Fellow at the Washington, D.C., firm Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, one of the country’s most well-respected whistleblower firms. At KKC, Brandon drafted federal False Claims Act lawsuits and represented clients before the SEC, CFTC, and Merit Systems Protections Board. Brandon drafted an amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) brief with the United States Supreme Court in the 2016 case Universal Health Services v. U.S. ex rel. Escobar.
